Khadija İsmayil's hearing will continue tomorrow after 3pm local time. The lawyers expect the public prosecutor to read out the charges during the hearing tomorrow.

"Elmira Ismayilova: The hearing is not carried out correctly. The process is a total lie. Despite all the evidence. These people have no shame, they are not even ashamed of the white hair on their heads.
Azadliq Radiosu: was there anything that stood out in Khadija's defense?
E.I: Khadija is defending herself well. But it is impossibe to prove anything in this court.
Azadliq Radiosu: What was Kahdija's main demand in motions that were raised?
E.I[and Sabina Rahimova]: She asked for time to speak to her lawyers. She insisted that a man named Ramal Huseynov is invited to the court whose name appears on the list of witnesses but who hasn't yet testified. She said she is entitled to two hours of fresh air daily but she has been deprived from this becaue there is a hearing every day. She also asked for an additional week [to speak to the lawyers] but this too was rejected. Basically all of the motions were rejected. This is clearly a violation of rights. Now there is a break. Khadija asked for time to speak to her lawyers but the judge said she only has time until 3pm [when the hearing will commence]."
