Despite the on-going reports of violations taking place during the voting the Deputy Chair of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Natig Mammadov says no violations have been reported so far. "We have no official complaints. And the information we have received so far, tells us that the election environment falls within the rule of law. There are no obstacles for people to cast their votes". Mammadov, dismissed allegations of vote fraud calling these lies. "Some using the social media are trying to cast a shadow over the election process. They have no facts. All of it [claims] are false and made up".
